1.2 These Terms and Conditions may be amended periodically and you will be deemed to have accepted any amendments if you use the website after those amendments have been posted.

2.2 Description of goods, services and prices may be subject to change or correction at any time without notice. Although I seek to ensure information is correct, I make no representation or warranty as to information being accurate or complete.

2.3 By submitting an order you warrant that:

• you are authorised and able to make payment via the method you have chosen,
• the information you have provided is correct, and
• your purchase is not made for the purpose of commercial resale.

Payment can be made with valid credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and others, processed through PayPal Checkout or Stripe. Customers may be required to accept the applicable service policies before payment is processed. Available payment methods may change in the future.

Add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart and then select the checkout option. When the payment is complete, the confirmation and link to the direct download of my fonts or digital goods will be emailed to you. If your purchase includes deliverables such as print outs, catalogs, posters or other kinds of physical goods, these will be shipped by regular airmail post, depending to which country within five (5) business days to switzerland and ten (10) business days in europe from the date of your order. For international shipping please contact me through the contact form. Please make sure to check the correct purchase of your digital goods before download. Once they are downloaded, they are not refundable. The digital files have a download limit: a maximum of five (5) download attempts per file are permitted after the received confirmation. Should you have any problems downloading or uncompressing the file/s please contact me.

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting me for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

I will under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising in relation to any transaction entered into, or any goods or services purchased, through this website.

I respect your privacy and the confidentiality and security of personal information provided by you to me. The information provided will not be used for commercial purposes neither do they get passed to any third-party supplier. I do not store any financial or credit card information. Your customer information is stored for the sole purpose of managing your purchases. Additionally it may be used to keep you posted about new releases, upcoming events and other announcements.

I retain the right to modify, update, improve the contents of the website at any time. I do not warrant the correctness of information provided on the website and will not be liable for any failure to update such information.
